- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service. Poor communication especially when trying to establish when my shipment will arrive at its destination. I was led to believe that the shipment will arrive within 2 -3 weeks. I was even given a schedule of sailing times and expected arrival. So I shipped at the end of October, hoping that my shipment will arrive by end November or at least beginning December. Despite my parcel being wrapped and ready to sail since 30/10/19 it was not shipped until 4/12/19 even though I explained I needed it to be shipped on 1/11/19 or the following week. When I tried to established when my parcel will arrive or if it had been shipped as agreed - I was constantly given the excuse that the shipping vessel had encountered bad weather. I will not recommend or use again.By zhampssomeone, December 27, 2019
